US secretary of state Hillary Clinton declared that the Patriot missiles to be sent to Poland will be combat ready, Poland's Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said on Friday.

Clinton and Sikorski had a bilateral meeting during a conference of NATO states' foreign ministers in Brussels on Dec. 3-4.
