Polish Chemical Companies Won’t Sell Well
German industrial conglomerate PCC, selected by Poland for negotiations to purchase chemical companies ZA Tarnow and ZA Kedzierzyn, proposed a price below the current stock market valuation, the daily Parkiet writes.

Sales of chemicals companies experiencing a crisis is not a strategically right movement, DM IDM SA brokerage analyst Łukasz Prokopiuk commented adding that he was skeptical about the privatization of ZA Tarnow by PCC.

According to Erste Group analyst Toamsz Kasowicz on the other hand, the privatization will take place despite the low price.
