Seven Polish Soldiers Wounded in Afghanistan
Seven Polish soldiers were wounded on Tuesday when their Rosomak armoured vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb in the southern part of the Ghazni province in Afghanistan, the Operational Command of the Armed Forces reported.

The soldiers were evacuated by helicopter to a hospital at a base in Ghazni. Two were in serious but stable condition.

19 Polish soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan since Poland first sent troops there in March 2002.
