Capital Partners Plans New Floats
Publicly listed investment and consultancy firm Capital Partners (CP) has announced new investments and new public listings from its portfolio. Last year, the company floated CP Energia and Bipromet on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) and Liberty Group and e-Muzyka on NewConnect. The company also added, BaŠ-Pol, Media Ekspert, Telecom Partners, Invest House Mazury, Liberty Group and PiecExport to its portfolio.

CP is planning to float Wiedza Net, AERO,, BaŠ-Pol and PiecExport over the coming months and wants to significantly increase the value of individual transactions.

CP sold its entire stake in Livechat Software for nearly zl.2 million on Feb. 1 as part of its strategy of having fewer companies but larger individual transactions.

This year, the company will be focusing on capital investment in the order of zl.144 million, banking products and financial consultancy. CP owns stock in 17 companies of which eCard, CP Energia and Bipromet are listed on the WSE, and e-Muzyka, Liberty Group and Virtual Vision on NewConnect.
