New Office Building for Cracow
A new A-Class office building is being built in Cracow and will provide the city with some 6,000 sq m of new office accommodation. The Lubicz II Office Center is located in the heart of the city on a 4,000 sq m site. The total area of the 25-meter-tall, 7-story building will be 8,500 sq m. Underground parking spaces will be built.

The Lubicz II Office Center is slated for completion in fall this year. The site is owned by the Polonia Property Fund, which is developing it via its wholly owned subsidiary CBL. Project management is in the hands of PM Group Polska.

The latter is responsible for controlling costs, the whole investment process and use of materials; documentation checks; keeping work on schedule and quality control."This building will be different to existing buildings in the heart of Cracow because of its specific and unique location," says Jacek Kudrzycki, PM Group Polska's Investment Director and a board member. "At the design stage we endeavored to, on the one side, marry the building with the Old Town's architectural style, and on the other, to give it some modernity.

Therefore, to be able to combine the two styles, we decided to use glass for the facades." The project architects are Biuro Architektoniczne DDJM. The general contractor is Krakbau and international consulting firm Knight Frank will be negotiating office leases.
