PKP PLK railway gets EUR 235m loan from EIB
   
Polish railway infrastructure operator PKP PLK received a EUR 235 million loan from the European Investment Bank for modernization of a 92.5 km stretch of railway line between Warsaw and Radom, EIB said in a press statement.

“The EIB loan is supporting our growing investment program, which will raise up to PLN 5.5 billion this year and PLN 9 billion in 2014," PKP PLK CEO Remigiusz Paszkiewicz said, as quoted in the statement.
