Tabloid Fakt remains market leader in copy sales
Axel Springer's tabloid Fakt remained the market leader in copy sales in August, although sales of 329,830 were down by 11.2% year on year and up by 1.2% month on month, data from the press market monitor ZKDP showed.

Media group Agora saw its flagship daily Gazeta Wyborcza suffer a 14.1% y/y decline in copy sales in August 2013 to 214,474 copies, on a monthly increase of 5.5%.

The number two tabloid, Super Express, saw its sales fall by 5.7% y/y in August to 151,311 copies on a 5.2% monthly increase.

Broadsheet Rzeczpospolita sold 102,719 copies in August, down by 0.4% y/y down by 2.3% m/m.

Copy sales of daily Dziennik Gazeta Prawna amounted to 62,984, which constituted an annual decline of 13.9% and a monthly decrease of 0.3%.
