Polish Jazz Lady sings more
One of the prominent Poland’s jazz singers – Lora Szafran will give on Oct 15 a concert at the auditorium of newly opened Museum of History of Polish Jews to promote her latest album called “Nad ranem” (In the morning).

Szafran’s new record is very varied and the audience will have a chance to hear all kinds of music from blues, swing, soul, funk, latino, and tango to some country and reggae during the concert. The album contains a number of real hits composed by such renown musicians as Seweryn Krajewski or Michał Urbaniak.

Just before the event the artist will receive a Golden Label award for her previous album called „Sekrety życia według Leonarda Cohena” (Secrets of life according to Leonard Cohen) with new interpretations and arrangements of the Canadian bard’s songs.
