PKO BP bank launches squeeze-out of unit Nordea's shares
Bank PKO BP launched a mandatory squeeze-out of the outstanding 0.18% in unit Nordea Bank Polska or 117,408 shares offering PLN 47.99 apiece, DM PKO BP brokerage said in a press statement.

The price per share puts the total cost of the squeeze-out at PLN 5.7 million.The squeeze-out will last until May 12, the statement reads.

PKO BP currently holds 63,716,392 shares in Nordea Bank Polska or 99.82% of share capital.

PKO concluded the takeover of Nordea Bank Polska, Nordea Finance Polska and Nordea TUnZ for a total of PLN 2.81 billion on April 1.
