CEE Investment & Green Building Awards
The annual EuropaProperty CEE Investment & Green Building Awards Gala, recognized as one of the most important real estate events in Central and Eastern Europe, is being held Oct. 29 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw.

Over 300 industry leaders active in the region are expected at the event, which is now in its fifth year.

EuropaProperty’s CEE Investment & Green Building Awards focus on the evolving investment and sustainable development opportunities that are presenting themselves in the region.

Central and Eastern Europe remains a sustainable real estate investment destination, especially Poland, with its expanding economy and low property prices luring buyers, many of whom are new investors from the United States, Asia and other parts of the world.

Real estate investment opportunities are looking increasingly attractive across the region and improved sentiment is evident. Countries that were among the hardest hit by the financial crisis are now among the most optimistic about their real estate markets. This renewed confidence is set to attract international investment, boosting sustainable development.

In addition there are plenty of non-core assets, both existing and planned, which can be a target for more opportunistic players looking for risk-adjusted yields. There are plenty of interesting offers representing all property sectors within primary and secondary towns and cities.

EuropaProperty’s CEE Investment & Green Building Awards Gala is the only event of its kind to recognize and honor excellence in the CEE region’s investment sector. The awards will be presented to companies and individuals who have demonstrated the best overall performance during the past year and will highlight investment transactions that have produced consistent results and a high likelihood that investors will not be disappointed in the future.

Awards will also be presented for the best development projects, real estate companies, cities and occupiers from the CEE region after a vote by this year’s jury, comprising of some the top decision-makers in the real estate industry.

Ahead of the gala, EuropaProperty is organizing a one-day Investment Summit, which will feature panel discussions and presentations from some of the most active investors, bankers and global end-users in the office, industrial and retail space markets.

As with all EuropaProperty events, the CEE Investment & Green Building Awards and Investment Summit prides itself on an unrivaled format that brings together top professionals in an environment that encourages participants to meet and network with leading market players.
