Insider’s View of Opera

One of Poland’s foremost opera directors, Mariusz Treliński, will offer fans an insider’s view of the world of opera at Warsaw’s Roma Musical Theater Nov. 3.

The event at the Roma is part of the Behind the Stage Door (Za drzwiami sceny) series of monthly meetings with famous figures from the worlds of film, theater, literature and music.

Each meeting starts with an in-depth interview with a special guest. The host and moderator of the meetings is broadcast journalist Patrycja Wanat, head of TOK FM radio station’s culture department.

Together with her special guest, she discusses the latest developments in culture and the arts. Audience members can join in the discussion during the second part of each evening.
Treliński is an opera, film and theater director and the artistic director of the Wielki Theater/National Opera in Warsaw.

The guest of the first event in the Behind the Stage Door series was Andrzej Chyra, a well-known Polish actor and director.
