Asseco Poland IT seeks buyer for its unit Sigilogic
IT group Asseco Poland is seeking a buyer for Sigilogic, its unit specializing in building automation systems, Asseco vice president Rafal Kozlowski said on Thursday.

"We have put Sigilogic up for sale and we are in the process of seeking an investor for that firm," Kozlowski said. "We are mulling different options for selling this firm but an industry investor seems most likely."

Sigilogic was created in 2013 and controls Asseco's assets toed to building automation systems. Asseco wants to sell it as it does not see it as a core business.

In 2013, the segment of building automation generated some PLN 75 million of Asseco Poland revenues.
