Exhibition about Parisian women at Sofitel Warsaw Victoria
A traveling photo exhibition called La Parisienne by Sofitel will open at the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria hotel on March 24.

The exhibition takes an intimate look at one of the world’s most captivating communities, that of Parisian women who make the iconic city so chic and elegant.

The exhibition is an invitation to a journey in time to the capital of fashion and culture. The retrospective part features 22 iconic photos, dating back to the 1950s, of the world’s most celebrated women, like Brigitte Bardot, Catherine Deneuve, Coco Chanel and Sophia Loren. The images come from the photography collection of the famous French magazine Paris Match, with some shots taken by the famous photographer Emanuele Scorcelletti.

The contemporary part features 10 winning photos from the La Parisienne photography contest, taken by amateurs and young professionals.

The exhibition was earlier shown in Paris, London and Amsterdam. From Warsaw it will travel to Budapest and Lisbon.

The exhibition can be viewed until May 20.
