Poland's industrial output growth seen close to 4pct in June
Poland's industrial output growth should measure around 4% year on year in June, Economy Ministry analysts wrote in a comment to May output data.

"Industrial output grew by 4.7% in the first five months of 2014, in line with earlier expectations, while construction also recorded an 11.3% growth in the period," the analysts said in the statement. "We expect these favorable tendencies to continue also in the coming months."

Poland's industrial output increased by 4.5% y/y in May vs. 6.3% y/y growth expected in the PAP (Polish news agency) consensus survey, as output fell by 1.7% from the prior month, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) said Wednesday.
