Poles bank savings grow five times since 1997
   
Poles' banking deposits amount to PLN 14,300 per capita, which makes five times more than in 1997 and 2.6 times more than ten years ago, according to calculations of BGZOptima.

If the rate of growth were maintained, Poland could level up with Germany in 2045, BGZOptima managing director Piotr Grzybczak said.

In Germany, the value of assets per capita amounts to EUR 63,000.
