JLL on commercial real estate market
The value of investments on Poland's commercial real estate market could exceed EUR 5.5 billion this year after funds have bought property worth EUR 2.7 billion since the beginning, Puls Biznesu daily writes citing data and forecasts from real estate consultancy JLL.
So far EUR 1.4 billion went to shopping centers and EUR 780 million to investments into office buildings. Market's outlook remains optimistic although some investors are worried by the high number of office projects planned in Warsaw, head of capital markets at CBRE consultancy Przemyslaw Felicki said.
