Supreme Court without leadership?
Poland's Supreme Court may lose all its leadership, as three heads of the five courts chamber will reach retirement age and will not apply for extending the term to the president, the army chamber of the court will be dissolved, and the head of the civil chamber mulls filing a resignation, Rzeczpospolita notes.
Loss of leadership and of the most experienced judges may lead to increased delays in functioning of the court, a former barrister council NRA head Andrzej Michalowski warns.
