Poland's housing real estate developers might sell slower in an attempt to protect their margins as they are facing increasing problems with labor and land plot costs, which make it hard for them to meet ever strong demand for apartments, the daily Parkiet writes.
Sales might decline to 2020 to ca. 40% of the 2017 level in Warsaw, Gdansk and Wroclaw agglomerations, market researcher REAS says. Developers are suffering from substantial pressure on their budgets and schedules, REAS head Kazimierz Kirejczyk observes.
