Court ruling changes tax law
   
The Polish government is facing a decline of receipts from tax on donations and inheritance in the light of the latest ruling of the supreme administrative court NSA, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily writes.
The ruling implies that the tax can be avoided if one uses the donated or inherited money in line with will of the donor.
