The Polish Wine Festival

The first WHITE RED Polish Wine Festival will be held from 24 to 25 June. The festival has been created on the initiative of wine enthusiasts involved in the reconstruction of the wine culture in Poland: restaurateurs, winemakers, wine importers and distributors.
WHITE RED The Polish Wine Festival will be facilitated at Forteca u Kręglickich [Kręglicki Fort restaurant] and is intended to popularize Polish wine by showing that in Poland interesting wine is produced, often more appreciated outside it.
The festival is an ideal opportunity for meeting winemakers and networking. It is a venue for wine tasting and comparing different stylistics and production methods. Within two days wine from ca. 30 selected producers from all major regions will be available for tasting and finding out that Polish wine can successfully compete with foreign ones. On display at market stands set in the Fort's courtyard will be wine products along with cheese and cold cuts from local producers.
Meetings with producers and exchanging experiences can add new insights on the development of wine culture in Poland and provide a foundation for an interesting trend: Polish enotourism.
