Analysts on labor market
   
The labor market is increasingly tight, the chief analyst of job agency Work Service says.
The number of job vacancies at end Q1 was up 27% year on year, data from the stats office GUS shows. Over half of all Polish firms now have problems with recruitment, Work Service data shows.
Sectors with the greatest shortfall of employees are manufacturing, followed by trade and repair, GUS data shows.
A report by the Manpower agency shows 18% of firms seek to increase employment levels, including a 23% increase in jobs in manufacturing, followed by 16% in construction and in mining.
