New migration policy

The Polish government expects to allocate PLN 2.9 billion in 2018-2025 for the country's new migration policy to be announced at the beginning of September, with PLN 1.6 billion of the tally to be covered by EU funds, the daily Rzeczpospolita writes about the estimates of the Investments and Development Ministry that it accessed.
The policy will seek to entice employees to the strained domestic labor market by such initiatives as stipends for foreign students or a PLN 1.2 billionn incentive package for Poles residing abroad that are thinking of coming back to Poland and for highly qualified professionals of other nationalities.
