Polish mogul fights for Elektrim
Zygmunt Solorz
Polish mogul Zygmunt Solorz, who is bidding on 9.7 million shares of industrial holding Elektrim at PLN 14.0 apiece, managed to convince Elektrim's second biggest shareholder with 4.66% stake, Elzbieta Sjoblom to sell a part of her stake, Puls Biznesu daily writes citing her son Maciej Niebrzydowski.
At the same time, Solorz failed to attract smallest Elektrim shareholders to the offer. They consider the valuation extremely low and offer to sell their shares at PLN 123 apiece with the possibility of exchanging their shares for shares of one of Solorz's listed companies.
