More money for healthcare workers
   
The Polish government wants to allocate PLN 2.2 billion from FGSP, the fund aimed at paying wages to employees of troubled firms, to finance internship remuneration to doctors and nurses, 2019 draft budget bill showed.
This year, the fund has already been stripped of PLN 2.1 billion allocated to pre-retirement benefits. In 2019, the fund will hold only PLN 638 million.
