KNF reform criticized
   
The Polish government's plan to increase the line-up of financial market regulator KNF could slow down decision making processes at KNF, an unnamed banking sector representative told Puls Biznesu daily.
Sector representatives also fear that some votings could be approved thanks to the votes of new members who are not that familiar with the financial and capital market functioning.
The idea of increasing the supervision over KNF came from PM Mateusz Morawiecki in relation to the defunct debt collector GetBack's scandal as Morawiecki was irritated he gets to know about new developments from the media, the daily heard from insiders.
