Arrest of two fund manager executives
Fund manager Altus TFI saw two of its former executives paced under a three month arrest in relation with their dealings with GetBack, PAP found out. Altus has been under investigation for its dealings with defunct debt collector, including a 2017 sale of a smaller debt collector to GetBack.
Meanwhile, lawyers for the the two arrested former Altus executives are preparing to sue Poland's anti-sleaze police CBA and the prosecutor's office for the arrest, Jolanta Turczynowicz-Kieryllo, a lawyer for the arrested Altus' founder Piotr O., said in a statement.
