The coalition of main opposition parties Civic Platform (PO) and Nowoczesna trails behind at 23.3%, translating into the top spot in 4 regions and actual governance in 6 regions.
Agrarian opposition Polish Peoples Party (PSL) would come third at 12.8%, followed by leftist Democratic Left Alliance (SLD) at 7.3% and anti-establishment grouping Kukiz'15 at 7.2%.
Turnout is estimated at 56%.
