Billions for Ostroleka
Ostroleka power plant
Power utilities Energa and Enea will likely cough up PLN 1 billion each to fund the new power unit at Ostroleka power plant while peer PGE will also contribute PLN 1 billion via its closed-end fund Energia FIZAN.
The remaining ca. PLN 3 billion would most likely be borrowed from Polish-owned banks, according to an unnamed insider quoted by daily Parkiet.
The terms of the debt financing "could have been better," he claimed.
