Energy market regulator to change rules?

Poland's energy market regulator URE mulls making one of heat price component, namely CO2 emission prices, more flexible, Rzeczpospolita daily wrote citing URE head comments at a heat forum.
URE wants to shorten the period of CO2 emission prices taken into account when settling the heat rates to 60 sessions preceding filing a tariff motion rather than 120 sessions. This will better reflect fast increase of CO2 emission prices.
