Opposition party Law and Justice (PiS) plans to begin works on electoral programs for autumn local elections in August, the daily Rzeczpospolita says adding that the party wants to have separate programs for each province.

PiS wants to put stress on proposals of support for local authorities.
The programs are to include solutions favorable to small and medium investors.
